Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. This gives you time to check in, enjoy tea, update your intake form and discuss focus areas with your therapist.

Yes. We have private couples suites and can host groups with advanced notice. Reserve online for couples sessions or email info@namsmassage.com for parties of three or more.

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee and no-shows may be charged in full.

Prenatal massage is available for guests in their second trimester or later. We provide supportive bolsters and side-lying positioning to keep you comfortable and safe.

Absolutely. Mention your preferred therapist or pressure level when booking. During your session, we encourage open communication so we can adjust in real time.

Gratuities are never required but are appreciated for exceptional service. Typical gratuity ranges from 15–25% and can be added to your credit card or provided in cash.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Nam Massage gift cards and cash. Payment is collected at checkout.

Guests ages 16–17 are welcome with a parent or guardian present during the service. For younger guests, please contact us so we can discuss options and consent requirements.
